If the founder of the company is a legal entity, the following documents are required: 

1. Petition in due form,
2. Establishment Statement,
3. Articles of Association, 
4. Certificate of Activity, 
5. Power of Attorney in due form, 
6. Signatory Declaration, 
7. Original of Bank Receipt, 
8. Registration Statement, 
9. Letter of Commitment to pay the share capital, 
10. Proof of Residence / domiciliation
11.  Board Resolution of the shareholder company. 
 
If the founder of the company is a real person, the document 11 is not necessary, instead the individual's identification certificates or passport is needed.
