  • INLAWCO assisted a major French group, with respect to the acquisition of a leading Turkish company in consortium with a Turkish Holding company.
  • INLAWCO handled the merger and acquisition of France’s leading civil nuclear company with a Turkish company 5. All specific M&A contracts and legal processes were held entirely by INLAWCO.
  • INLAWCO advised OMSAN, subsidiary of OYAK Group, the leading Turkish company in transportation and logistics sector, in mergers and acquisition projects outside Turkey. Our Partners conducted numerous acquisitions in France.
  • INLAWCO conducted the M&A project for a major Japanese group in maritime transportation and logistic sector, in their merger and acquisition with a Turkish maritime company.
